If your name or gender has changed since you created your account, you can provide us with one of the following documents to verify this:

Name change:

• marriage certificate
• Two valid ID documents. One with the previous name and one with the new name
• Name change by a tax authority
• Name change survey

Gender change:

• Old and new updated ID card / passport

Please provide us with photos of the documents! For security reasons, we cannot accept scanned versions of your documents.
