Did you get an error message when trying to spin or place a bet on our site? You may have reached a gaming limit that you set. To check, simply go to your profile and check the Gambling Limits section of the Responsible Gambling section!

You can change your limit yourself there. However, it takes 7 days for a new limit to be activated if it is higher than the previously set limit. Please note that our customer service lions do not have access to your limits and cannot change them for you!
