To activate one of your deposit offers, always make sure you have made your deposit by clicking on the 'DEPOSIT' button at the bottom of the promotion's tab. Doing so will automatically activate the offer!

In the event that your deposit has not correctly activated your bonus, feel free to contact our Customer Service team, we will be happy to help you!

Once a deposit has been made and the stated amount in the offer card has been wagered, the bonus will be available instantly on your account. In some cases, you may need to claim the reward, which you can find in your ‘My Offers’ page.
