There can only be one active payment method at a time so that we can ensure your withdrawals are safe. For example, If you deposit with Trustly, then deposit with Skrill. Skrill would replace Trustly so Skrill would be the only available payment method, therefore the withdrawal would need to be processed to Skrill.
If you want to add/change the payment methods the balance needs to fall below 10 eur before you can then deposit using another method.
When a new card is used for the first time, the card data is automatically stored in the user account as a payment method. A stored card can be removed if desired as follows:
User profile → Click on payment methods!
Click the "X" next to the card!
Click on "Remove" to confirm!
Please note that payment methods that are no longer in use or that have been removed from your account may still need to be verified due to security reasons. If that is the case, you will be contacted by our verification team or one of our support lions.
